Ed Stainless is a premier stainless steel flat bar manufacturer and supplier company located in Houston, USA. A pioneer in precision engineering with high standards of products, Ed Stainless caters to diverse industries such as construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, and infrastructure. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, the company provides flat bars of diverse grades, sizes, and finishes according to domestic and international standards. For support in structures, construction, or industrial uses, Ed Stainless provides consistent performance, corrosion protection, and long-lasting durability in all products, making it a reliable solutions partner in stainless steel.
Ed Stainless’s supplied stainless steel flat bars are typically produced in grades like 304, 304L, 316, and 316L. They have very good corrosion-resistant properties, particularly in difficult environments. Common composition contains chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–12%), and molybdenum (2–3% in case of 316/316L). The mechanical properties are tensile strength of 515–620 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa (min.), and good elongation properties of around 40%. These bars are not magnetic in annealed conditions and retain strength and integrity in different ranges of temperatures, thus being applicable in structural as well as precision components.

Stainless steel flat bars are rectangular metal sections with a uniform thickness and width. They offer high strength, durability, and corrosion resistance, used in construction, manufacturing, and architectural applications.
Stainless steel standard flat bars are rectangular metal sections with consistent thickness and width, used for structural support, fabrication, and general construction. They offer strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.
Stainless steel slotted flat bars feature pre-drilled slots or holes for easy assembly and installation. They are used in various applications, including brackets and supports, providing strength and corrosion resistance.
Stainless steel tapered flat bars have a gradually decreasing thickness, allowing for smooth transitions in structural designs. They offer high strength and corrosion resistance, used in specialized construction and fabrication applications.
SS Custom Flat Bars are made of stainless steel to specific sizes and shapes. They offer high strength and corrosion resistance, tailored to unique production requirements and special applications.
Stainless steel hot-rolled flat bars are produced by heating steel and rolling it into flat sections. They offer high strength and durability, with a rough surface, ideal for structural and industrial uses.
Ed Stainless flat bars are applied extensively in varied industries owing to their workability, corrosion resistance, and durability. They find application in construction as a framing material, supports, and architectural finishes. In automotive and transport industries, they are utilized as brackets, chassis parts, and protective trims. They are used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries for hygienic and non-reactive equipment. They are preferred in oil and gas industries for offshore and onshore structural structures. Their superior formability also renders them acceptable for fabrication in special equipment, furniture, and marine conditions where performance and strength are the prerequisites.
