Home > Stainless Steel 904L Tube Fittings
Stainless Steel 904L Tube Fittings consist of high amounts of nickel (23-28%), chromium (19-23%), and molybdenum (4-5%), along with added copper (1-2%) for better resistance to reducing acids. The fittings have a tensile strength of 490-740 MPa and a yield strength around 220 MPa. With elongation exceeding 35%, they are strong and ductile. Their non-magnetic nature and resistance to stress corrosion cracking make them suitable for harsh industrial conditions. These fittings maintain mechanical integrity at high temperatures and are particularly effective in chloride-rich and acidic environments.
