Ed Stainless is a top-tier supplier of Dairy Spray Balls in Houston, USA, offering high-quality cleaning solutions for CIP systems in the dairy, food, and beverage sectors. Our spray balls are made to provide 360°, 270°, or 180° spray coverage to achieve effective internal tank and vessel cleaning. Built using top–quality stainless steel (SS 304 or 316L), our spray balls are long-lasting, corrosion-resistant, and ideal for sanitary conditions. Ed Stainless provides both static and rotating spray balls with diverse flow rates, patterns, and connection designs to suit the unique cleaning needs of high-purity production systems.
Dairy Spray Balls typically consist of SS 304 or SS 316L stainless steel. SS 316L has molybdenum (2–3%) added for improved corrosion resistance, particularly in acidic cleaning agents. Spray balls provide mechanical strength with tensile values ranging from 485–515 MPa and yield strengths in the range of 170–205 MPa. Their smooth finish (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm or electropolished for Ra ≤ 0.4 μm) provides cleanability and minimizes bacterial adhesion. Constructed to be used in CIP systems, they can resist cleaning pressures and temperatures and chemical wear from exposure to detergents and sanitizers.
