Ed Stainless is a reliable dairy tee manufacturer and supplier in Houston, USA, specifically for food, dairy, and beverage industry hygienic piping systems. Our dairy tees are made of high-quality stainless steel with polished surfaces to satisfy 3A, ASME BPE, and FDA requirements. In equal and reducing forms, they are carefully engineered for efficient cleaning, good flow distribution, and leak-free connections. These tees are compatible with conventional dairy fittings and accommodate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) systems. Ed Stainless provides superior quality and on-time delivery to ensure sanitary operation in food-grade systems.
Dairy Tees are generally manufactured from Stainless Steel 304 or 316L. SS 304 has 18–20% chromium and 8–10.5% nickel, whereas SS 316L has 2–3% molybdenum for additional corrosion resistance. Tensile strength is 485–515 MPa, yield strength is around 170–205 MPa, and elongation is more than 40%. Mechanical polishing or electropolishing is applied to all tees to get surface roughness ≤ 0.8 μm or better, which helps in cleaning. The materials are non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, and can be applied to sanitary fluid handling systems under moderate pressure and temperature.

Each product is carefully monitored to ensure efficiency, reliability and customer satisfaction in critical applications.
The SS 304 Dairy Tee is a versatile fitting designed for dairy applications. It typically comes in sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 6″ in diameter and is known for its high corrosion resistance. Ideal for handling dairy products, it ensures sanitary and reliable connections.
The Stainless Steel 304L Dairy Fittings Tee is designed with a lower carbon content for enhanced weldability. Available in sizes from 1/2″ to 4″, it provides excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for dairy and food processing applications.
The SS 316 Dairy Fitting Tee offers superior corrosion resistance, particularly against chlorides and acids. It is available in sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 6″, making it ideal for harsh dairy and pharmaceutical environments.
The Stainless Steel 316L Dairy Tee features low carbon content for improved weldability and corrosion resistance. It is available in sizes from 1/2″ to 6″ and is well-suited for use in high-purity dairy processing systems.
The SS 90-Degree Dairy Tees are designed to provide a smooth transition at a 90-degree angle in dairy pipelines. These tees come in various sizes, from 1/2″ to 4″, and offer excellent corrosion resistance for maintaining hygienic standards.
The Stainless Steel 304L 45 Degree Dairy Tees create a 45-degree angle in dairy piping systems. With sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 4″, these tees are highly corrosion-resistant and suitable for applications requiring precise angle adjustments.
Dairy Tees are critical fittings in sanitary piping systems in the dairy, beverage, brewery, and food processing industries. They facilitate efficient splitting or merger of process lines without compromising sterile conditions. Dairy Tees find applications in milk and yogurt processing, beverage transfer systems, CIP loops, and product blending lines. Their crevice-free construction and smooth interior surfaces inhibit bacterial growth, which makes them suitable for processes with stringent hygiene standards. Ed Stainless offers a variety of dairy tees in different sizes, surface finishes, and connection types (tri-clamp, butt-weld, threaded) to accommodate both standard and custom system design.
