These Stainless Steel 316Ti Flanges are made up of iron, 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and titanium, which enhances their stability at high temperatures. The titanium serves as a stabilizing agent, preventing carbide precipitation during the welding process. These flanges boast excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in chloride and acidic environments. On the mechanical side, 316Ti flanges deliver a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength of around 205 MPa, and an elongation of 35%.
