Ed Stainless is a trusted Stainless Steel 410S Tubing manufacturer and supplier in Houston, USA, providing premium tubing solutions for heat-resistant and oxidation-susceptible conditions. SS 410S is a low-carbon, non-hardening, ferritic stainless steel with excellent oxidation resistance and thermal stability. It is particularly ideal for welding and shaping operations in automotive, exhaust systems, petrochemicals, and heat exchanger applications. Ed Stainless guarantees every tubing product to ASTM A268 and associated standards, providing consistent quality, dimensional accuracy, and cost benefits. Through timely delivery and technical assistance, we cater to varied industrial demands in the U.S. and global markets.
Stainless Steel 410S Tubing is composed mostly of chromium (11.5-13.5%) and less carbon (<0.08%), and thus is more ductile and weldable than regular 410. Stainless Steel 410S offers moderate tensile strength (~415–585 MPa), yield strength of approximately 205 MPa, and elongation of about 20%. The alloy has good oxidation as well as scaling resistance up to 650°C. SS 410S is magnetic in nature and retains structural integrity even in high-temperature service conditions. While less corrosion-resistant than austenitic grades, it provides better formability and thermal fatigue resistance and is well suited for thermal cycling and welding applications.
