Ed Stainless is a Houston, Texas, USA-based manufacturer and supplier of stainless steel welded tubing that stands at the forefront of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Operating in a myriad of industries such as oil & gas, chemical processing, food & beverage, and construction, Ed Stainless has built a reputation as a name to reckon with in stainless steel tubing. Through commitment to meeting high industry standards, their products demonstrate unmatched durability and corrosion resistance. Their cutting-edge manufacturing plant and highly trained staff guarantee accuracy and reliability in each product, rendering Ed Stainless an industry leader for stainless steel welded tube throughout Texas and the USA.
Stainless steel welded tube produced by Ed Stainless usually features grades such as 304, 316, and 321, providing superior corrosion resistance and strength. Chemical composition comprises chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–12%), and traces of carbon, manganese, and molybdenum, depending on the grade. The tubes have high tensile strength (upto 750 MPa), yield strength of approximately 200–400 MPa, and very good elongation (upto 40%). Having better mechanical properties, Ed Stainless tubing finds excellent applications in rigorous environments with the need for high strength, heat resistance, and endurability under extreme operating conditions.
